-the rental prices are based on 6 guests. Add 50,00 € per additional guest per night -no party’s allowed -no young group allowed

Cancellation policy

-100% refund for cancellations, if you cancel your trip within a period of more than *60 days before your arrival. -If you cancel a reservation more than *30 days before arrival will be refunded 50% of the advance. -The payment is not refundable when canceling a reservation less than *30 days before your arrival. In the event of early termination of your stay we charge 100% of the full price of the remaining days, which were binding primly.
